Creativity Deserves to Be Remembered.

The Artists

Artists leave pieces of themselves in everything they create. Their work can preserve a moment, challenge an audience, build a community, or give language to something others have struggled to express. Behind every song, performance, design, and idea is a person navigating ambition, uncertainty, growth, and the need to make something meaningful.

My approach is to photograph more than the finished performance or public image. I am interested in the person behind the work—the concentration before stepping onstage, the energy inside a creative space, the quiet between takes, and the moments when confidence gives way to something more honest. Some of these photographs were carefully planned portraits. Others were discovered during performances, rehearsals, video productions, studio sessions, and the everyday experiences surrounding an artist’s life.

Many of the people in this archive have been photographed across multiple years and different stages of their careers. That continued access has allowed the work to become more than a collection of individual portraits. Together, these photographs preserve artists as they develop their voices, build their communities, and create the work through which others will remember them.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
