Some places shape who we become. For me, Columbia is one of them.

For four years, this city was more than the place where I attended college—it became the place where I discovered my voice as a photographer and visual storyteller. It was here that curiosity turned into discipline, creativity became purpose, and a passion for making photographs grew into a lifelong pursuit.

These photographs preserve more than the streets, campuses, and familiar landmarks of Columbia. They document a chapter of growth—late nights, early mornings, friendships, assignments, quiet walks with a camera, and countless moments that helped shape the way I see the world today.

This collection is organized by year, allowing the story to unfold as it happened. As the photographs progress, so does my perspective, reflecting not only a changing city but the evolution of the person behind the camera.

Some places are remembered for where they are. Columbia will always be remembered for who it helped me become.
