The Interviews
Dorm Room Entertainment began with conversation. Before the larger productions, music videos, and live events, the platform focused on creating interview-driven content that introduced emerging artists and gave them space to speak openly about their music, ambitions, influences, and experiences.
Created while we were still students at Lindenwood University, these interviews were intentionally straightforward and personal. We were learning how to produce meaningful content with the equipment, locations, and opportunities available to us, while building genuine relationships with artists throughout the local creative community.
More than promotional pieces, the interviews became early portraits of artists still defining their identities and finding their audiences. Looking back, they preserve an important chapter for both the people in front of the camera and for us as young creatives learning how listening, trust, and curiosity could shape a stronger story.
