Open Aux

Open Aux creates space for artists to share music before it feels finished. Demos, rough mixes, unreleased songs, lyrics, and early ideas are brought into the room not for judgment, but for honest conversation, thoughtful feedback, and the opportunity to hear the work through someone else’s perspective.

The experience is intentionally intimate. Artists listen closely, respond to one another, exchange ideas, and build relationships around the creative process. By allowing work to exist openly before its final form, Open Aux reminds artists that growth does not have to happen alone—and that vulnerability can become an important part of developing stronger music.

My work focuses on the human exchange surrounding each song: the anticipation before pressing play, the concentration throughout the room, the reactions that reveal when something connects, and the conversations that continue after the music stops. Through photography and film, I aim to preserve the trust, curiosity, and shared investment that make the space meaningful.

Together, these moments document a community willing to listen before the world hears the final version.
