The Bakery

The bakery at Pierce Creek extends the same farm-to-table philosophy found throughout the restaurant into breads, pastries, desserts, and seasonal creations made for everyday meals and meaningful occasions. Each item reflects a commitment to quality ingredients, careful preparation, and food that feels both elevated and familiar.

My work documents the bakery as it continues to grow—from finished pastries and shelves filled for the day to the textures, details, and presentation that make each item feel distinctly Pierce Creek. The goal is not simply to make the food look beautiful, but to communicate the care behind it and the warmth of bringing something thoughtfully made home to share.
